Borage, also known as "starflower oil" or "borage oil" contains Gamma-Linolemic Acid.

The oils that are extracted from the seeds are rich in oleic and palmitic acid. Borage may regulate metabolism and the hormonal system, and is considered by many naturopathic practitioners to be a good remedy which may help with the symptoms of PMS.
