Vitamin D is normally produced in the skin after exposure to sunlight, or we get it from fish and animal livers.

This vitamin is vitally important for the absorption of calcium and for strong healthy bones but recent research has also shown it to be of great value in maintaining a happy and healthy heart if taken at this level. But researchers have recently discovered that it helps reduce other disease risks. Our Vitamin D is provided in its most bio-available form, cholecalciferol, and as a capsule (tablets are less effective)

Recommended Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules a day (children over 8 years, 1 a day), with meals, or as your health professional advises. If also taking a multivitamin, only take 1 capsule a day.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, capsule: gelatine, glycerol; vitamin D (cholecaliferol)
