Elderberry Liquid Extract Tincture

Some preliminary studies demonstrate that elderberry contains two compounds that may have a measurable effect in treating the flu, coughs, colds and fever alleviating allergies, and boosting overall respiratory health. It prevents the flu virus from invading respiratory track cells.

Elderberry is contained in a patented drug called Sambucol that is active against various strains of viruses including flu, Epstein-Barr, Herpres and even HIV. Elder is also used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, dissolved in wine, for rheumatism and traumatic injury.
