Green tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and originates from China. Over the last few decades many scientific and medical studies have been conducted to determine the extent of its long-purported health benefits. Green tea has also been claimed useful for weight loss management.
Green Tea is renowned for it’s high concentrations of polyphenols, a powerful class of bioflavonoids that have been shown to greatly assist in the destruction of oxidation forming free radicals. It also contains carotenoids, tocopherols, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), minerals such as chromium, manganese, selenium or zinc, and certain phytochemical compounds.

Suggested use: 1-2 capsules a day.
