Benefits of probiotics:
Antibiotic-associated diarrhoea (AAD):Antibiotics kill friendly bacteria in the gut, along with harmful bacteria. Probiotics are therefore often used to offset some of the digestion-related side effects of using antibiotics (such as constipation, wind, cramping and diarrhoea).
