Linseed Oil – Cold Pressed

Olvita Cold Pressed Linseed Oil:

We obtain linseed oil as a result of cold pressing of low alpha-linolenic linseed varieties.

Thanks to the low pressing temperature, modern technology and selection of the highest quality raw material, we are able to extrude the highest quality oil.

Cold pressed linseed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fat (88 g / 100 g).

Linoleic acid (LA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is on the consumption of 10 g LA per day. Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Suggested Use:
For direct consumption or as an addition to salads, salads, soups, sauces, groats, potatoes or other dishes. (Heating the Oil is not recommended).

Suggested serving is 5 teaspoons / day.
