Meadowsweet Liquid Extract Tincture

Meadowsweet is an excellent source of salicin, the chemical in willow bark that fights fever. It also contains other chemical compounds, among them tannins, phenolic glycosides and the herb’s essential oil, give it an anti-ulcer effect and it may help with heartburn. It is considered a herbal aspirin as the active compounds also include salicylates.

Can also be made into a tea.

100ml 1:4 Alcohol Volume 25%. Take 10 – 15 drops 2 x daily.
