Milk Thistle Seed Capsules

Milk Thistle also commonly known as Silybum Marianum, is a well-known and popular traditional herb that has been used for many years and recognised as an excellent remedy for its effects. Milk Thistle is a large plant with glossy, green, spiky leaves bearing conspicuous white veins, with large purple flowers.

The main constituent of Milk Thistle is the substance known as silymarin which is both an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Ideal taken as part of the daily routine given the stresses from everyday chemicals and additives in modern day life. It is especially popular with those people whose lifestyle dictates a rich and heavy diet with too much red meat. The best time to take milk thistle is before bed to aid the body while it repairs.
